Mammaträning – ”Efter graviditeten och förlossningen kände jag mig osäker..” – Isa

After the pregnancy and the birth, I felt insecure about everything that had to do with exercise. I did not dare to start exercising because I was afraid that my body would break. Getting in touch with Jonna was one of the best things I have done for my body. 

She did a training program adapted to my problems and what I wanted to achieve with the training. Now after six weeks I can run without symptoms and have so much more control over both the pelvic floor and the abdominal muscles. 

In addition, Jonna is probably the happiest and most inspiring coach I have met! 😍 Too bad you can not train with her every day!
